Q. Would the nature of the products shown on the packaging 

A. All our products that are shipped are packaged discreetly with no mentioning of the nature of the products, the sender information would not mention Condoms Australia but our parent company only, so rest assured 

Q. I just want a retail pack of condoms but freight is quite expensive

A. We have a flat shipping rate for all our orders regardless of the size of the orders, we understand that for smaller orders that might be a bit too much, so our company is in the process of developing a new site tailored to the smaller orders at a much reduced shipping cost, our most updated ETA is May 2010 so stayed tuned 

Q. I wanted an item that you don't have it online, can I still get it through you?

A. Of course you can, we have a large range of suppliers, and we are constantly increasing our range, however as there are thousands of products, we can only select a portion of it to put it on the website, if there is something you want, send us an email and we'll let you know if we can get it and how long it would take. Normally extra 1-2 workings days if they have it in stock 

Q. Do you ship overseas

A. Yes we do, however our current freight system only have Australia shipping rates, so if you were to purchase items for us, choose the Express Post shipping options, most of the time the cost would cover the overseas freight. however in the event where it is more, we'll notify you immediately with an updated quote, and if you approve we will dispatch it to you. we are in the middle of upgrading our freight system to cater for this, on our next update  

Q. What are the loose pack 

A. Loose pack are condoms that does not have the retail packaging, because of that we can sell it at a cheaper price, rest assured that they are all packaged in resealable bags. Retail packagings adds to the cost of the products, being an online store, retail packaging are not required, therefore we can offer the same items from the same suppliers at a cheaper price.
