POLICY OF REFUND

Any faulty or damaged stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of Condoms Australia will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge. All other products ordered incorrectly by the customer, can be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage costs will be incurred by the customer.

CHANGES IN ORDERS

We cannot change orders once they have been placed and shipped, although if notified by the customer of an order error (by email) we will do our best to correct the order.

ERRORS OF INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in information received from our suppliers or due to a data entry (typographical error), Condoms Australia shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. This will also apply to any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled Condoms Australia  shall within 7 days issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

APPLICABLE LAW

As far as legally possible this Agreement, its terms and conditions and the Use of this Site shall be governed by the laws in existence from time to time in Australia. You agree any claim relating to the Site and our service can only be dealt with in a court in Sydney in the state of New South Wales, Australia.

TERMINATION

These terms are effective even if this Agreement is terminated by either party. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to suspend or deny, in our sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of the Site with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your registration and all related information and files under your registration and bar any further access to such files or the Site. FREIGHT CALCULATION

Condoms Australia accepts responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so by submitting a purchase through this site. In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.

Condoms Australia will always respect your privacy and will not onsell or provide you details to any third parties.

At no time do we store your credit card details. Your credit card payments are processed securely and directly through Paypal.
