Shipping & Returns
At the moment we have two method of shipping
- (NEW) Registered Post Parcel $10.00 - NOW ($8.80) (Recommended)
- Express Post Parcel ($14.30) (Flat rate Shipping excluding items more then 3kg)
- International Shipping via Australia Post (Freight is calculator based on weight and destination)
This is a flat rate delivery charge, so regardless of how much you buy or what you buy the most you pay in shipping is $7.90 for standard and $13.20 for Express.
Discreet Packaging and Delivery
We will ship your products in discreet packaging via Australia Postal services. Orders that are not shipping in post or courier satchels are boxed in plain packaging.
All shipping will be shown as Epsilon Solutions Pty Ltd.
If you are from outside Australia and would still like to purchase our products, send us an email and we would try our best to send it to you. For international customers, delivery quotes are on an order by order basis, but the price of the products remains the same in AUD
Shipments are usually within 3 working days however this may vary depending on location.
Parcel awaiting Collection
For registered post parcel and some regular post parcels, in the event that they cannot delivery it to your address (e.g. No one to collect or sign for it), they will leave it at your nearest post office for collection. In these circumstances, please make sure that you collect the items within 10 days, otherwise the parcel would be returned to our warehouse and reshipment will incur extra charges.
For registered parcel, a card would be left at your address and also an email would be sent with the tracking number. Please make sure you check it regularly if you know that you most probably would not be able to be present at time of delivery.
For Instances that the items are returned to us by our courier or Australia Post, in the event that it is of no fault of Condoms Australia (e.g. parcel was unclaimed, insufficient address details) then the customers will incur additional freight charges for reshipment of the orders, and a charge for return freight to our warehouse.
Please check your emails regularly, if we do use registered post to your order, an email with the tracking number would be sent so that you can check your item on the location of it
Returned Articles (VERY IMPORTANT)
Australia post are now charging for parcels that are return to us! Articles are charged at full postage rates to be returned. If an item is returned to us then we will contact you for redelivery however please not that you will be liable for return charges and redelivery fees.
To avoid this please ensure that the delivery address is correct (Postcode, Unit Number, Suburb). If it is going to a business address please ensure the company name is put on the parcel and if applicable the floor / level that the article should be delivered to. If you are waiting on a parcel to arrive please contact us or your local post office incase it is awaiting collection.

The personal nature of our products makes it impossible for us to accept returns.
Dead on Arrival
We will accept the return of products that are Dead on Arrival. Products which cease to operate within a 7 day period from the receipt of the goods are considered to be "Dead on Arrival" and will be replaced subject to inspection. Goods must be returned to Condoms Australia or the product manufacturer for inspection prior to replacement. Goods that appear to be damaged from misuse or maltreatment will be replaced subject to manufacturer inspection. Where condomsaustralia.com.au deems that the item has been maltreated, the purchaser shall pay to Condoms Australia a service fee of $15 which covers the cost associated with the return and liability associated with the return of the products to the manufacturer. Should an item be returned and that item be found to have no fault, the purchaser agrees to pay a service fee of $15 to Condoms Australia
Before returning your items, please contact as via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we know to expect the product and can organise a replacement if necessary.
No package will be opened by our staff unless it has been arranged with a customer, via email, prior to us taking delivery.
