Female Condoms
Females condoms are an alternative to male condoms. Women can elect to use female condoms as an effective contraception, as well as for protection against STI’s. These condoms gently line the vagina, enabling lovers to share a close, passionate experience. GLYDE Health is the only importer of Femidom fc2 in Australia and you can purchase them online with Condoms Australia.
Femidom condoms for her
Many women prefer to use the female condom for contraceptive purposes and for protection against sexually transmitted infections. These non-latex (polyurethene) condoms are suitable for use with GLYDE Ultra water based personal lubricant.
Unlike male condoms, Femidom does not restrict the penis, but gently lines the vagina, allowing both partners to relax and enjoy comfortable, sensitive lovemaking. It is simple and easy to insert.
Women can be reassured that when used according to the instructions, they are as effective as other barrier methods. The thin polyurethane that it is made from is extremely strong. In addition, there have been no reported allergic reactions to either Femidom or the non spermicidal lubricant.
Each pack contains 1 condom individually wrapped condoms, which are designed for one use only.

The closest thing to a bareback experience
The Femidom is fantastic for a few reasons. Having the ability to insert it in advance removes the hassle of fumbling with condoms in the heat of the moment. They feel fantastic, as standard condoms can cause irritation or loss of sensation for some people. In addition, the visual of a bare cock during penetration can be quite exciting for many, which in turn enhances the overall experience. They're also a perfect alternative for those who struggle to find a condom that works for their shape. I highly recommend giving them a go!

Help with specific issues
My husband & I have experienced some problems associated with maturing years. He developed an out break of genital warts which the doctors suggested may be due to his immune system no longer protecting him from the virus which has probably been in his system many years. Reading the literature on the subject we need to have protected sex for 4 to 6 months to prevent reinfecting each other. The female condom has the added benefit of providing the woman with greater protection from "skin to skin" contact of the outer vulva area. We have both found it to be no more desensitizing than a male condom. Given that my husband also experieces a degree of erectile dysfunction & relies on viagra & a cock ring to maintain an erection, the female condom has the advantage of staying in place if his erection subsides during intercourse. The female condom can remain in place & penetrative sex can be resumed when his erection hopefully returns. As a consequence I would recommend the female condom to give better protection for STDs which can be transferred by skin to skin contact such as genital warts & herpes simplrx 2.

Female condoms
Okay, so they aren't the 'sexiest' of items to use, but they are 1,000,000 times better than standard condoms. They are the closest feeling to bareback that I've experienced. I would highly recommend them.
